Here you find a complete documentation in PDF format. These are for version 4.6C but they are still valid for example controlling modules.

The documentation for IDES is for version 4.6C, but you can use the examples also in ECC versions. Here is a direct link to the documentation, but it is also included in online documentation for 4.6C (Help portal / SAP Solutions / SAP R/3 and R/3 Enterprise / SAP R/3 Release 4.6C).

Solution composer

Solution Composer helps to design and visualize the right business solution. SAP offers the Solution Composer, a PC-based tool that shows you how to integrate people, data, and business processes using SAP Business Suite solutions.

SAP Best Practices

Best Practices are pre configured solutions for SAP-solution. Here you find a new world with building blocks and documentation. When you get the idea, you can find very useful material (e.g. complete configuration guides).

SAP Official pages - ID required

You'll need a user id and password to log in to this area. Ask your SAP Systems Administrator for SAP OSS id and password

The SAP Service Marketplace contains a variety of target group specific internet portals that enable true collaboration among SAP, its customers and partners. SAP Service Marketplace is an awful big place, but you can narrow it down a bit using Quick links.

Popular professional community. Try to google any SAP problem and this is usually the first site suggested. This is the site, where I find the answers to most of my problems.

Michael Management

This is one of my favourite portals. The value is good and the layout is pleasant (not covered with ads). Best in Asset Accounting, but also other areas are covered. Also provides access to IDES.
